• Spiral  wounded  coil brush is made with the metal channel on the inside of the brush and the filaments pointing outward. These are called Open Wound Cylinder brushes or Open Coil brushes. They start as regular wound cylinder brushes and are then stretched to the required pitch.With this construction, the brush is mounted on a shaft and the filaments work as the brush rotates.
• Welded Spirals are spiral brushes wound up closed, welded at their inside in order to realize a single cylindrical module. Thus it is possible to assembly more modules in order to obtain the length requested; moreover modules become easily interchangeable. Available with different diameters, filaments and trim length.
• Spiral wounded coil brushes can be used for scrubbing, deburring, cleaning, polishing, and the spreading of liquids and powders. These brushes can be directly wound & mounted onto shafts or tubes.
